Welcome to our on-site computer repair pricing page. Our prices are fair, competitive, and offer excellent value for the services we provide. We can fix most computer repair issues, from slow computer start-up to weird pop-ups and everything in between.
We will come to you! Our business was built on offering in-home and in-office computer and laptop repair services. You will receive a clear quote over the phone before booking, and there is no obligation to go ahead. Our price list is transparent, affordable, and includes no hidden fees or surprises.

Base fees
- A) Basic "on-site visit" fee of €35 (to be paid in cash on arrival), plus
- B) On-site computer inspection fee of €65 (to be paid in cash on arrival), plus
- C) On-going on-site standard fee of €30 per hour, or part thereof, to be paid in cash every hour / as you go.
Add to the above the following service fees, which are required. Parts provided are charged separately.
Diagnosis
Diagnosis - computer/laptop troubleshooting service: €50 to €100.
We will have to charge you, however, if we spend significant time and effort diagnosing your system and you decide against the repair, or the repair is not possible. We are running a business after all, and our engineers have to be compensated for their time and travel.
The two most typical examples are: data recovery attempts, which can take several hours, and diagnosing a (failed) notebook motherboard, which involves disassembling the notebook and a series of tests. €50 to €100, depending on the amount of time invested into troubleshooting.

Factors that influence the price
- Time: the urgency of the repair (e.g., same-day service, 3-day service, or standard 5-7 day service).
- Complexity: the type of problem; complex issues like motherboard repair or replacement are more expensive.
- Parts: the cost of any new hardware needed for the repair is typically separate from the labour fee.
- Location: prices may vary depending on the source and geographical area of the client.
We will come to your home and provide an on-site service that quickly identifies how to speed up your desktop computer or laptop.
Prices effective January 1st, 2026. Every repair comes with a 30-day warranty. Excludes local electricity problems and storm damage if no UPS installed. If you are ever unhappy or unsure about the work we have done, simply get in touch and we will put things right at cost price.
